Can I upgrade my Hosting plan?
Yes, You can change upgrade or downgrade plans.
Can I use an external email service with Hosting?
Yes, you can use any 3rd party email service for your domain. In case you are using the default name servers provided with Hosting, please contact our Support team to update the relevant DNS records for your blog.
What Operating System does the Hosting use on the servers?
We use CentOS Linux and FreeBSD Operating systems on our shared servers. Clients do have the ability to install their own choice of Linux operating system on VPS (CentOS, Fedora, Debian, Ubuntu, OpenSUSE, Gentoo) and any OS including Windows Server 2008 on dedicated servers or Xen VPS. For more information on dedicated servers or Xen VPS, please contact support.
What languages are supported?
We support the language you speak (and code in!), with full support for PHP 5, MySQL 5, Perl, CGI, SSH, SSI, HTML5 and JavaScript.

What security is in place?
By default, all our servers are protected by CSF as the primary server firewall, ModSecurity as web application firewall, CXS, MalDet, ClamAV as anti-malware software.
Where are the servers located?
We have servers in the US and Australia. All new accounts default to the US server, Autralian server can be provided upon request during enrollment.
What version of PHP does the Hosting use?
We support both php 4+, php 5+ and php 7+ . Please check with the technical department as to which one is available on your server.
Is there a money back period for Hosting?
Yes, we have a 30 day money back period.
Can I access the cPanel for my hosting plan?
Yes, cPanel access is provided with Hosting.
Is an SSL Certificate included with the plan?
Yes. When you purchase a Hosting order, Free SSL powered by Let’s Encrypt, can be generated via the cPanel and installed for all domains associated with the package
Do you back up the data on its web servers?
We do run a weekly backup, however, we recommend you to keep your own local backups and not rely 100% on us. Having backups in two locations is always a good idea.
